The Member Services Team

Your friendly Member Services team are here to help with any aspect of your Membership and firmly believe there are no ‘silly’ questions and recognize the information can be overwhelming.

Don’t be surprised when you receive a courtesy call from one of our team offering assistance on learning about the Club, holding your hand assisting with your next reservation or perhaps simply explaining the latest news on what’s happening with your Club.

Our team all agree that there is nothing more rewarding than helping a Member to fully understand all aspects of their Membership, whether over the phone or face to face at one of our Member Workshops. All our consultants have a wealth of experience of both the Club and our 21 Properties, so be sure not to hesitate and feel free to call anytime about:

  • Maximising your Membership
  • Selecting the perfect destination that suits your needs, including tips on what to do when you are there
  • Assist with the Members Website – new login and navigating around the website
  • What to do with your Premiere Points that are coming up to expire
  • Gift Certificates
  • Accor Hotels Select reservations
  • A-Gift reservations

The Member Reservations Team

We know you want absolute clarity and confidence when you book your holiday.

Reservations for all our Club Properties can be made via the Member Website, Booking Windows open at midnight (AEST) for your convenience, and to fully utilise the opening of your Booking Window, especially for those high demand periods or ‘special occasion’ vacations you simply don’t want to miss out!

Our experienced team takes the guesswork out of booking your next holiday, be sure to contact us so that we may help you with your inquiries regarding:

  • Premiere Points, your Anniversary date, Premiere Point balance and expiry date
  • Checking availability at anyone of our 23 Club Properties
  • Amending or cancellation of an existing reservation
  • Bonus Time and Super Saver reservations
  • Explanation and assistance with understanding Booking Windows
  • The importance of referring to the Seasonal Calendar when planning your upcoming holidays

The Sales and Marketing Team

Our sales and marketing team are so passionate about what they do, some of them have joined Accor Vacation Club themselves!  They know the benefits that await any Member which is why they’ll recommend to anyone considering joining that they experience a ‘Mini-Vacation’ for a special rate to see what they’re missing out on.

The Upgrades Team

If you love the benefits of being an Accor Vacation Club Member, but would like more flexibility and more options including longer booking windows, more points, extended stays or larger rooms, our team at Accor Vacation Club welcomes you to upgrade your membership at any time.

Our Upgrades Team are based at our head office in Robina, Queensland, and we also have Member Liaison Representatives based at various club properties around Australia.  Our Team will contact you on your Membership Anniversary to congratulate you on your special day and will contact you either during or after one of you stays at your Club property. Our friendly team will help you to ensure you are getting the best out of your current membership and show you the benefits of upgrading your membership to meet your holiday needs.

The Finance Team

We know that not everyone has the resources on hand to invest in a holiday club like ours.

That’s why we encourage anyone with even a passing interest in the Club to attend a presentation and meet with our Finance Team to explore the options available on how to finance the best plan to suit you and your budget.

Payment plans, financing, low-interest loans and other options are available.
