To receive the subsidised accommodation rate and any additional rewards included in this offer, you must attend and complete an Accor Vacation Club preview of approximately 90 minutes during your booked stay. If you do not attend and complete the preview as required, you authorise the offeror to charge your credit card an additional AU$300.00 per night, per room, to cover the standard retail cost of the accommodation.

Reservations can be made immediately after purchasing an Encore Package, for stays up to 6 months in advance of the intended arrival date. Holidays cannot be taken within the first 6 months after purchase and must be completed within 18 months of the purchase date. A price freeze is included. The offer is based on a Classic/Studio room or 1 Bedroom Apartment for 2 adults and 2 children 11 years and younger using existing bedding. Stays that include a Friday and/or Saturday night will incur a AU$70.00 surcharge due at time of booking. Once the booking is confirmed, any date changes made at least 14 days prior to check-in are subject to availability and will incur an AU$50.00 administration fee per change. Date changes made within 14 days of check-in will incur an AU$300.00 administration fee per change. No-shows will be treated as cancellations. Should you elect to purchase an Accor Vacation Club Membership during your Encore Holiday preview, the Promoter will apply a credit equivalent to the total purchase price of your Encore Holiday towards the cost of the Membership. You will also remain eligible to purchase a Première Plus Membership in lieu of a standard Première Membership.

Children: Children aged 0-11 years old are not allowed to attend the Club Session. Free childminding is available for children aged 2-12 years old at certain locations. Childminding for children under the age of 2 years may need to be arranged directly by you at your own expense.

To enjoy this exclusive offer, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

• Be a permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand;
• Be currently employed and meet one of the following income requirements (proof may be requested):

• A minimum combined household income of AU$140,000 for couples (married, de facto, or life partners); or
• A personal income of AU$140,000 if travelling as a single guest.

• Be comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.
• Attend an Accor Vacation Club holiday ownership preview of approximately 90 minutes during your stay;
• Be either;
  • A couple with at least one partner aged between 28 and 65 years; or
  • A single guest aged between 28 and 65 years;

• Not be a current Accor Vacation Club member, an Accor Vacation Club employee, or an immediate family member of an Accor Vacation Club employee.
