How do I buy my Escape Manual?

To purchase your Escape Manual, please ensure you meet the Conditions (click here for Details of Participation) of the promotion, then simply phone our toll free Hotline on 1800 70 81 90 and have your credit card handy. It's as simple as that!

How do I book my holiday?

You will be provided with a Reference Number once you have purchased your Escape Manual holiday. When you want to book your holiday, just call the Escape Manual Hotline toll free on 1800 70 81 90, and quote this Reference Number. The consultant will discuss your holiday options and book a convenient time for both your accommodation and your Accor Vacation Club preview.

Can I stay longer?

Additional nights (a maximum of 5 nights total stay) may be available upon request and are payable at the time of making your reservation.

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

Any changes to bookings require a minimum of 14 days notice prior to your check-in date and will incur a AU$50/ NZ$55 fee. Changes and cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of payments made.

This offer is for 2 adults and up to 2 children. Can I bring more people or upgrade my room?

This offer is based on standard room accommodation, using existing bedding. Please refer to the accommodation section under each hotel for information on the number of guests and children's ages (Click here for the PDF). Room upgrades may be available upon request and payable at the time of making your reservation.

How long do I have to use my Escape Manual?

Your Escape Manual is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. To ensure your preferred location and selected dates are available, we recommend you book well in advance. You are required to book your holiday within 6 months of purchasing your Escape Manual.

What happens if I don't attend the preview?

If for any reason you're not able to attend our preview, you are still welcome to your holiday; however, you will be charged an additional AU$150/NZ$170 per night.

Can I bring my children to the preview?

At some locations, free childminding is available for children aged between 2 - 8 years. In locations where childminding is not available or your child/children are under 2 years, please ask your consultant for alternatives.

Can I give this Escape Manual to a friend?

This package is not transferable and may only be redeemed by the original purchaser/s.
