* Details of Participation: Bookings are a 2 night minimum except if listed otherwise, maximum 3 rooms per booking and all rates are per night. All prices are in Australian dollars except where indicated, and all rates include GST. All accommodation is subject to availability and is based on standard double/twin room occupancy, using existing bedding. Rates are correct at time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Room upgrades and extra nights may be available on request, and are subject to availability and at an additional cost. Full address details, email address and contact numbers must accompany the reservation request. Full payment is required at time of making reservation request and we require VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express. A 1.5% Credit Card Service Fee will be applied to all payments. For travel up to 28 days ahead. No cancellation or refund after 48 hours after confirmation given. Confirmation of booking may take up to 48 hours from time of making reservation booking, and will be confirmed in writing. Any changes to accommodation dates are subject to availability and require a minimum of 14 days notice prior to your check-in date and will incur a AU$50.00 fee. Changes after this time are not permitted and will be treated as a cancellation, resulting in forfeiture of payment. This offer is non refundable. The offeror reserves the right to substitute, add or change the listed rate and accommodation available, at any time prior to reservation, without notice to you. Proof of identity and security deposit will be required on check-in. Flights, food and beverage, hotel car parking fees, gratuities, transfer fees, transportation costs and items of a personal nature are not included unless specified in writing. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or special offer. Accor Vacation Club Members are advised to login to their Member website for Member Super Saver special rates.
