Temporary Closure of Novotel Twin Waters Resort Facilities

Please note that Novotel Twin Waters Resort and facilities, including restaurants, bars, fitness facilities, and water sports, will be completely closed to all Sebel Twin Waters and Accor Vacation Club guests, as well as the general public, due to private events from 15–18 July 2026 and 12–13 August 2026. Alternative dining and recreational options are available nearby. The Sebel Twin Waters is not affected by these closures and will continue to operate as usual.

Road Closure Notice

Please note that the EVA Air Sunshine Coast Marathon Festival will take place on Sunday, 2 August 2026. Road closures across the Sunshine Coast may impact access to the Sebel Twin Waters between 5:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Please allow extra travel time. The Sebel Twin Waters is a collection of self-contained beach houses and apartments situated in an exclusive gated precinct.

The Sebel Twin Waters is bordered by the Mudjimba patrolled surf beach, the Maroochy River and a private man-made swimming lagoon. The Sebel Twin Waters is located 10 minutes drive from the Sunshine Coast airport and the town centre. Daily servicing available, additional charges apply.

While Accor Vacation Club members are generally provided access to selected facilities at the neighbouring Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, these facilities are owned and operated independently of Accor Vacation Club and The Sebel Twin Waters. Access is subject to the operational requirements of the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort and may be restricted or unavailable from time to time due to private events, maintenance, venue hire, or other operational considerations. Access to these facilities is therefore not guaranteed.

How to Find Us

Exit Brisbane Airport on Airport Drive, turn right at major roundabout onto Gateway Motorway. Follow motorway and take Sunshine Coast exit. After 5km this will join Bruce Highway. Follow for 70km. Exit onto Sunshine Motorway. Directly after Mountain Creekexit, take the Maroochydore/Noosa Heads exit.Follow this motorway and take the Twin Waters exit. Turn right at roundabout onto David Low Way, then right into Ocean Drive. After the 4th roundabout after about 500m turn right into hotel.
