Just wanted to give you some feedback. We recently stayed four nights at the Sebel Darling Harbour - The Pinnacle and thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodation was spotless, spacious and very comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. The terrace bbq area was a perfect place to relax. What a lovely person Helen Hemingway is! She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. We have also found this in our previous visits. She could really teach a few staff at other properties how to greet and look after guests!
